I'm feeling down today.... :( i guess being sick during Christmas and not getting to leave the cracker box of a small dinky trailer for awhile (cause i'm sick) and then right before Christmas getting news that we didn't get the bigger trailer and then our pump on our well is broke (still waiting for that to get fixed) *sigh* maybe i'll have a better day soon :( and i guess i should add that the inside parts to the toilet tank need replacing ...we have to turn off the water to the toilet or it won't start running. but at least for Christmas my parents gave me money so i can get my pretty red cell phone when it comes back in stock.

*sigh* having a blah day....

so the stupid pump thing on the well is broken...so they bought a new tank...still broken so it might be something at the bottom of the well...been to freakN cold to work it...so today i'm still without water...billy was gonna hook up to my parents water hose next door so i could at least wash some dishes by hand and have running water for awhile but their was water frozen in the hose and he could get it thawed before he had to leave for work. So maybe tomorrow they might get me some water running in here while they try to figure out how to fix the well...and i woke up this morning with a headcold just in time for Christmas...have to carry on the tradition of being sick every Christmas. and I was excited that I was gonna get a nice new cell phone with some Christmas money that Billy's grandparents has so kindly sent us for Christmas but that money went to buy the new tank for the well. *sigh* now i'm bummed again. don't get a nice bigger place to live and no pretty new red cell phone. *tries to be happy* I know other ppl have it worse so I'm trying not to whine and be too bummed but I need a little pitty party for myself so I can at least enjoying watching my kids open their Christmas presents ...and maybe i'll be able to get the house cleaned up before then. :P

I don't have a picture as it was hard to see....but today it snow. I walked outside to toss out the kitty litter bag *eww* and the sun was shine through the clouds and you could see the snow fall. It was 56 F outside so it was melting before it ever hit the ground...It was a neat site and didn't last long either...Just long enough for me to yell at Billy and for him to see it.

some stray kittens that my mom was feeding the momma cat next door have decided to get under my trailer....well one of them some how got in the fenced backyard with 5 dogs :( thankfully i was able to save him/her in time. Kitty bit me pretty good >:( on my fingers very very painful! and I have him/her in the bathtub right now cause i'm not sure what to do with a mean scared kitty. :/ but here's a pic of the dirty scared kitty.

Yesterday we got our bankruptcy discharge papers in the mail. So dh took a copy to the trailer place today so they could fax them to the mortgage company. Maybe that will speed things up...who knows last we heard they were waiting for vanderbilt to clear it off that we owe 18k. :/ I'm trying to hope cause the mortgage company hasn't said no yet that it's a good thing?... *sigh* will post when we get a no or yes....well at least I have Christmas to take my mind off of it. ;)

feeling sad

all this waiting to find out a yes or no about getting the bigger place has really got me down. :/ probably cause i want to be happy and hopeful but if think like that i'll be even more crushed if we get a no. :( which for some reason i think we'll get a no :( ....now off to soak in the hot tub maybe i'll be in a better mood tomorrow.

we are now waiting it seems for vanderbilt to get the paper work from our trustee. then they have to process it and sent it to their legal department then somewhere along the line they sent out the title to us and the information to 21st century and then 21st will decide if they still want to loan my mother the money....I'm wondering how long this process is gonna take...my dad thinks a 2-3 weeks. Guess all we can do is continue to wait....

we got our paperwork that states we've paid out of our bankruptcy and have dropped it off at the trailer place...since i didn't post about it i guess i should put on here why...well my mother (she has great credit rating) is doing trying to do a buy for loan to help us get a very nice used doublewide (5 bedroom/ 3bathroom) it's twice the size of what we live in now (2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom single wide). She was pre approved but seem when you do a buy for they want to know who's gonna live in and they get to run that person credit. well it showed up that we owed 18k to Vanderbilt *grumbles* well we don't that was what we settle in court to pay when we final for chapter 13 bankruptcy (this was a last result) which is now paid off. but it could take a while to clear off our credit according to the trustee we might have to go back to court again with them if they don't want to take it off...but anyway we didn't know they had any problems till after we thought we had the loan completely approved and then the mortgage company called and said this is a problem...So now it's up to them with this new info to decide if they want to loan my mother the money. *sigh* and since Thanksgiving is Thursday then we've been told we probably won't hear anything (good or bad) till next week....i guess they'll say No to lending the money (even if my mother could pay the payments...how stupid are they *grrr*) but when i find out it will either be a sad blog post or happy blog post update....but anyway Happy Thanksgiving :)

after paying for 5 years we're finally out of bankruptcy. :) this is very good news

I am sad. :( Yesterday excited ...a phone call this morning while I was napping has made me sad. *sigh* Now we wait to see if the excitement can come back... :(

This is what will has done to what was his crib...we switched the babies cause what was his crib turns into a toddler bed for Lily. :) Now he chews on the teething bar of the crib he's in now.

My Guitar Hero

This is my baby girl playing Guitar Hero in Best Buy. My cousin took it with her cell phone. Which I'm glad she had or I wouldn't have this cute video and picture! :)

I went out to check the dogs water outside and I found a huge frog (it was bigger than my hand).
I found something to help him out (I wasn't about to touch it) after I took it pic of course. It then very quickly hopped away. :) (and yes I know the water bowl needs to be cleaned...that's my hubby's job) ;)

Rash :/

My baby got sick with a respiratory infection (again) this time he was put on omnicef ....well that didn't like him too well and now he's all spotty. I took these after we got home from the doctor sadly it looks worse now and has spread alot more. Anyway seems he's allergic to omnicef. He's now taking a different medicine.

My poor baby

This is my poor baby Will...he was up fussy till 4am :/ and so were we...*sigh* he's teething and has a cold and seems to be going through a growth spurt. I hope he feels better soon.

My baby boy Will took his first steps to his daddy today! So of course I'm sharing it here. I didn't get any pics. :/ but he's all snotty faced anyway ...he has another cold *sigh* Won't be long now till he's walking and getting into stuff.

ewww!

This is what I just washed...chocolate and a pink carseat for a 2 year old is ewwy. Plus she had Mcdonalds this morning which made it worse...so greasy chocolate mess with I think might also have some mt.dew you can't really see on it and possibly some coke. :/ Now I have to figure out how to get the cover back on the carseat. That's the hard part. *sigh*

Yay!

With some wonderful help I was able to have my blog page not so freakN bright. Now I really like purple but after a few days the pink was making me ill and the purple was hurting my eyes. I hope everyone likes it better not so bright. :)

First I was going to go outside and take some pics of my daughter but she just wanted to run around. So we walked around and there was a butterfly on a flower bushy thing (have no clue what kind it is) then I was playing with photo editor *fun* and now I'm sharing :) I just added the sunflower i took a pic of in my dad's garden next door :)

This is my youngest son Will who is suppose to be eating dinner....well dinner looks to be gone or mostly beside him in his chair...so he has turned around (twisted his entire body) just to see the tv. (I usually turn it off during dinner but I forgot.) He is defiantly his daddy son! :P
